How Do I Activate A Disabled iTunes Account?


There is huge possibility of your Apple iTunes account to get locked when you enter your password incorrectly several times. When a wrong password is entered repeatedly, Apple detects a suspicious activity.

In such a situation, you do get two chances to restore or re-activate your disabled iTunes account. The first step is "Email authentication," where you need to verify your iTunes account through your registered email address. The other way is to answer few security questions that was saved previously when you registered your iTunes account. Through this process, your ID gets verified when you answer the security questions you have set up. To restore your account, you need to follow these steps-


1. Select “Apple I Forgot “and type your Apple ID and click "Next."


2. Select "Email authentication” to retrieve your account. Continue the process by clicking on the "Next" button. Then you will receive an email in your registered email address in a short span of time.


3. Then you need to go to your registered email address and open Yahoo mail. Open the email you just received from Apple and click "Reset'' button to reset the process.


If you are still having problems, you need to follow the below mentioned steps.


The steps will help you to reset your Apple ID password and you can access your account again. The process is not easy as you need to enable a two-factor authentication and for that you need a reliable device or phone number to unlock your Apple ID.


To change your password, you need to follow the given steps:


4. On your iOS device, reach Settings, select your name, then go to iTunes & App Store and Sign Out. Then Sign in with your new Apple ID password.


5. If you are using a Mac, you need to go to the App Store and sign out from there and also from iTunes and then sign in.


If the problem still persists, you need to contact iTunes customer support. You need to select your region and then go to the iTunes support page. There you need to Scroll down and find and click the “Contact Apple Support” button to reach out to their customer service. You can also dial Apple iTunes Customer Service Number and take immediate help.
